Company Policies

At South Beach Promo, we are committed to delivering high-quality promotional products, professional design services, and a smooth customer experience. The following policies outline how we operate and what clients can expect when working with us.

1. Design & Artwork Policy

We provide custom design services to ensure your promotional products meet the highest standards. All designs are created specifically for production and optimized for print quality and branding consistency.

  • Proofs are provided for approval before production
  • Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork details
  • Once approved, production will proceed as finalized

2. Print File & Intellectual Property Policy

All original design files (including but not limited to AI, PSD, EPS, and other editable source files) remain the intellectual property of South Beach Promo.

  • We do not release editable print files as part of standard services
  • Clients receive final production-ready outputs (printed products or flattened digital proofs)
  • This ensures quality control, protects our creative work, and prevents unauthorized modifications

If a client requires ownership or access to editable files, a separate licensing or file release agreement may be arranged for an additional fee.

3. Order & Production Policy

  • Orders begin only after final artwork approval and payment confirmation (unless otherwise agreed)
  • Production timelines vary depending on product type and quantity
  • Rush orders may be available upon request and may include additional fees

4. Payment Terms

  • Full or partial payment may be required prior to production
  • Custom orders are non-refundable once production has started
  • Pricing is subject to change based on product specifications and market conditions

5. Returns & Reprints

Due to the custom nature of promotional products:

  • Returns are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part
  • Any issues must be reported within 2 days of delivery
  • Approved claims may qualify for reprint or correction

6. Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed
  • South Beach Promo is not responsible for delays in shipment caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances
  • Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier
  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate shipping details; we are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect information
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery or address corrections

7. Customer Responsibility

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate artwork, logos, and instructions
  • Review proofs carefully before approval
  • Ensure they have the legal rights to use any submitted content

8. Policy Updates

South Beach Promo reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time without prior notice.
